This service provides SMS messages containing one-time passcodes for multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Quality Tools & Services.

• Message Frequency: Messages are sent only when a sign-in attempt occurs, typically 0–5 per week.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive authentication codes from Quality Tools & Services via SMS.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact our IT support at ServiceDesk@qtstools.com
